Open to beginners or anyone with watercolor experience.  Students are expected to bring their own supplies, although the library system has some paints and brushes to lend.  People with previous watercolor experience are encouraged to bring their own projects to work on.  Demonstrations will be offered for beginners, as well as discussion about watercolor techniques.  Open to the public.  Free.
