Back to School Coloring Contest

Attention: All Kids!

Share your talents with the County! Franklin County Library System is now accepting submissions for their “Back to School” Coloring Contest!  To enter, simply color one of the color sheets provided below.  Be sure to give us your name, local library, age, and phone number, so we can contact you should your picture be chosen as one of 10 finalists.Each finalist will have their artwork displayed in libraries across the System, to be voted on by patrons.  The winner wil receive 3 free DVD rentals! (Parents have to be present for movies to be rented).Winner will be announced at the System’s 2nd Annual Book Sale.
