Blast From the Past launches families of elementary school age youth into exciting events and characters in American History at four Franklin County public libraries this fall. Each participating family receives a free copy of each featured book. Each program of fun and learning includes stories, craft, discussion, and snack appropriate to the theme for children and parents, alike. Funding from the Pennsylvania Humanities Council purchased materials for the programs.
