Fill out the form below to get your free Franklin County Library System
card to your closest library. This card can be used at any public library in
Franklin and Fulton County, PA. You have to be 16 or older to register
for a card online. This service is for obtaining a new library card. If you
have lost your library card, contact your library for a replacement. You will
receive your card in the mail within the next 2 weeks. Make sure you have
an ID available the first time you use your card at the library. Please do not
register for a card online if you live outside of Pennsylvania.
By submitting this form, I attest to the fact that I am 16
years of age or older. I agree that I will be responsible
for any loss, damage or fine for any materials borrowed
on my library card. If I lose my library card, I am aware
that I will be charged a $1 replacement fee.
(PIN is a four digit number that you use with your
library card barcode to renew and reserve items
through our online catalog. Please do not use your
debit card PIN or email password.)
